FAQ

1. Can I Purchase Goods Over The Phone?

 You can purchase goods and arrange delivery over the phone with us by calling our number between 8.30am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday and 8.30am till 11.30 on Saturdays. All major credit/debit cards accepted over the phone for payment.

 

2. When Can I Expect Delivery?

 We aim to deliver within 3-5 working days of receipt of order although we can often deliver sooner. Certain items such as driveway gates and made to measure items may take longer and an indication of lead-in time is given on the site where appropriate.

 

3. Where Are Goods Unloaded?

 All goods are unloaded at kerbside or on good hardstanding, where access permits. 

 

4. Do I Have To Be In When You Deliver?

 It is preferable, however, we can leave your goods with neighbours if necessary as long as goods are signed for. If you wish you may take delivery of goods without yourself or a neighbour being present but all liability for the goods will remain with yourself.

 

5. Can I Collect?

 You can collect you goods by prior arrangement from Oakdale Fencing Ltd.

Our collection hours are  8.30am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday and 8.30am until 11.30 on Saturdays.
