Description
A multi purpose application for sawn and smooth timber used outside. This special compound application colours, preserves and eradicates in one solution.
Available in four colours : green, light brown, autumn brown and dark brown. Can be applied by brush or spray to re-invigorate and renovate faded colour on outdoor timbers.
Preserver acts to seal against rot and decay caused by humidity and damp by waterproofing.
Eradicating action destroys woodworm and prevents re-infestation.
For best results the timber to be treated needs to be as clean as possible and dust free, any rotten wood needs to be cut away and surface paints or varnishes should be removed.
Allow 24 hours drying time between coats if more than one coat is required.
This solution is solvent based so precautions should be taken in use – no smoking, use in ventilated areas, keep away from children and wash off skin on contact – full health and safety details outlined on container.
Ronseal recommend 2-3 coats are applied and that 6 mtr/litre coverage should be expected.
